After releasing the episode I realized that we don’t discuss honesty enough, particularly uncomfortable honesty.

Why?

Because, Growth.

We’ve all felt the need to run away from our reality and avoid it at all costs because of fear. Fear of what we may find, how it will manifest in our lives, and how it will make us feel.

As a result, we live our lives feeling not in control, stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated and unhappy.
